Commercial and Industrial 

Industrial projects include a Betty Crocker cake mix facility with an all pneumatically conveyed materials transfer system, ethanol plants and many animal feedmills, grain elevators and flour mills for clients like Cargill, Purina, Tyson Foods, etc. Commercial projects include 8 office/warehouse buildings in the south metro, shopping mall renovations and many existing building as-built plans.  I have provided layout designs for restaurants, pool halls, grocery stores, Snyders stores, tanning salons, exercise facilities, dental offices, charter schools and many other retail stores and professional offices.

Custom Homes and Residential
Residential projects include porches and additions, garages, townhomes, single family custom homes, multiunit developments, senior housing and apartment buildings.
